Loaner Vehicle

One of the benefits of having your vehicle serviced at Dave’s Ultimate Automotive is that in some cases we can loan you a vehicle to make your service visit more convenient. Remember other will use this vehicle after you.

This agreement outlines the expectations we have in providing this vehicle for your use at no charge.

• The vehicle you will be driving has front air bags so children must be secured in the rear seat only
• NO SMOKING IN THE VEHICLE
• As much as we like pets, please do not carry pets in our loaner vehicle
• You are responsible for any new damage to this vehicle
• Your own insurance is the primary carrier
• The recipient must be at least 21 years of age or older and holds a valid drivers license
• Your courtesy vehicle can only be driven by you, our customer signed below
• If you use a significant amount of fuel please replenish the amount used
• You will be responsible for any toll road charges
• Courtesy vehicle needs to be returned as soon as possible after completion of service of your vehicle has been indicated
